Carrie Lehouillier, L.M.T.

Carrie Lehouillier has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 13 years, using essential oils and hot stones therapeutically tailoring to each client's needs. Over the years she resonates towards deep, therapeutic massage in her practice. Lately, she has been exploring the Thai Massage and Therapeutic Essential Oil applications to bring balance back to the body.

Most recently, she became Certified to do the Aromatouch Technique with dōTERRA® CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils  which have been recognized as the most therapeutic oils in the world and play a leading role in positive health choices.  This clinical approach to an essential oil application naturally addresses the body in a preventive and healing holistic way helping the body with stress management, immune support, inflammation, and lastly helping to re-establish homeostasis to the body all with applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. 

Carrie attended the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, focusing on Swedish Massage Therapy and Mind/Body Therapies, graduating in 2002. Carrie has attended many continuing education classes such as Bob King's Myofascial Workshops, Clinical Flexibility And Therapeutic Exercise™ with Timothy Agnew, Thai Massage for the Table with Rick Haesche, Therapeutic Strategies with Pete Whitridge and CoreStone Massage Therapy. 
Carrie has been an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2001.

 In 2009 Carrie founded on her own business, Green Roots of Maine, where she is makes handcrafted soaps, massage oils, salves, and bath salts and scrubs. Her products are made with the finest of natural ingredients, including therapeutic essential oils and herbs.  This was when she increased her knowledge by experiencing different brands of essential oils. In 2013 she became a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate which started a whole new chapter for Carrie. She began to understand the importance in using a certified therapeutic grade essential oil for all applications and creations. She began using these oils on her family and friends helping to treat everything from depression/anxiety to colds/flu...etc. She uses these oils in her massage sessions therapeutically and advocates for wellness that these oils can provide. As of late Carrie has been teaching a series of classes on how to use dōTERRA Essential Oils in everyday life and how to make Roller-Bottle Remedies with these oils to help treat colds/flu, anxiety, stuffy nose, sleep, energy, focus etc... Her upcoming classes include How to make Natural Cleaners with  dōTERRA Essentials oils and Body products such as deodorants and lip balms.

Carrie is working towards becoming a Certified Aromatherapist with the Aromahead Institute, which should be complete by year's end.
